Meet Star Gazing:
I designed Star Gazing in February of 2015. This pattern is one where you can put a lot of thought into and come up with some really spectacular designs!!
The Star Gazing pattern is an intricate design with 5 different blocks. They are all the same shape and form, but the difference is in how the different layers overlap.
Below, I colored all of the sections the same to make it easier to see how they weave throughout the block.
In the mockup below you can follow the yellow band around and see all the different ways that it weaves through the other colors.
And here is an example of Star Gazing on repeat. This can create some really fun secondary patterns too. The color pages are great for this!!

You can play with this even further by rotating your blocks and creating a variety of other designs besides just in the blocks.
