One long term goal of mine...
is to update all of my older, but awesome, patterns!
As my design skills and writing style have improved over the years, I look back at my older patterns and feel bad that they aren’t as great as my newer patterns. (and sometimes I cringe just a little at how beginner they are…)
Now that I’m converting my PDF patterns to printed patterns, I am finding that I don’t want to do so without making these needed improvements first! And I want YOU to know about them and be sure to be able to use the best version of your patterns!
As I update patterns…
I will record updates HERE! This will be the easiest place to keep track of the patterns you’ve purchased and see if you need to redownload them before beginning your next project!
Do you no longer have access to your patterns…
or perhaps purchased them from a different site? Don’t fret! You can purchase the Past Purchase Access Pass and have all of your past purchases (PDF’s only) imported right into your account! It’s a great way to make sure that you have access to all pattern updates FOREVER! (Think of it as an insurance policy on your patterns against computer crashes or upgrades. If you lose your chapstick, the store doesn’t give you another one for free… this is your “lose it as many times as life happens and I’ve got your back” policy.
Keep Your Eye On This Page!
Here you’ll find all pattern updates and corrections as they are made.
You’ll always have access to the most up-to-date version of every pattern in your MY ACCOUNT page, so you can easily download the most recent version before you begin your next project.
Updates are organized by pattern to make it easy to find and keep track of the patterns you own.

Correction on lowercase “s” Part 3 – Bottom. Piecing order correction: “7c” comes first and should be “6c”. “6b” changed to “7b”.
6/15/19
Complete overhaul of the pattern. Adjusted the kerning (spacing between all letters) for all letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. Cleaned up the pattern.
Redrew the letter “a” and changed the appearance slightly.
Updated and improved the instructions, added a Letter Tally Sheet to make it easier to know how many of each letter you’ll need.
Added a Printing Guide so you can easily print only the pattern templates you need.
Each letter has its own page so you only print the letters you need.
There is now a My ABCs Bundle that includes the Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers and Punctuation sets all together with added savings!
The bundle is available in print and can be purchased wholesale.
The first 36 patterns I printed (patterns that went to the SLMQG), there is one error where the Greater-Than and Less-Than templates are mislabeled. The image labeling is correct “>” and “<“, but the wording needs to be switched between the two patterns.

The River Pond PDF is updated and uploaded. You can now download the updated pattern from your account. (Don’t have an account? Let me know if you create one and I can link your orders to your account so you always have access to the most recent updates.)
Updates include:
-
-
-
-
- Change in finished quilt size: 77 inches long instead of 62 (as I used my own quilt it was too short – thus the change. You can easily add more or remove rows to adjust the length.)
- Adjusted cutting dimensions for easier cutting and assembly. The piecing is a much smoother process and easier to assemble.
- More detailed instructions and more diagrams.
- PDF version is formatted completely different for easier viewing and reading. Colors were also adjusted to make printing in greyscale easier to distinguish between fabrics.

I am reworking all the math. If you have not started cutting out the fabric for this quilt, please wait for the updated pattern. I will post here when it’s finished and you can contact me for the updated pattern, or if you’ve purchased it through my website, you’ll automatically have access to the revised pattern.
If you have not yet started, please wait for the updates. There are some changes in the cutting requirements.
