Pattern includes lots of design options and how to assemble the different block patters to create exactly what you want. Simple block designs use 4 blocks, while more complex – yet still simple to create – designs use 16 blocks to create. Keep this in mind when choosing your pattern size.(ie. purchasing the 9 inch size will create 9 inch simple designs and 18 inch complex designs, purchasing the 18 inch size will create 18 inch and 36 inch blocks.)

Rockstar is a rockin new pattern! There are 6 different pattern templates that make the base block, but don’t let that limit you! Mix and match patterns within a single block to create endless design possibilities! I show you how to make all the design options shown in the pattern.

Please note: the full pattern style is 2×2 blocks. So if you want to recreate the design in the pillow, and you want it to finish at 18 inches, then use the 9 inch pattern.
