Empowering Creativity is more than just discovering your creativity. It’s about digging deeper and supporting each other in ourΒ creative journeys. As we build powerful connection we free up energy and space to dream bigger and express ourselves fuller.
My goal and desire is to make this space a place of support and encouragement so you can put down the self-limitations and find the beauty and creative power you already have inside you!

About Me:
Hi! I’m Diane Bohn. Full-time single mom of 6 amazing kiddos.
I started my quilt journey in 2009 with a baby quilt for my first boy. With my second child I ventured to design his quilt, and by my third I found the online world of modern quilting, bloggers, and the awesome old days of Flickr swaps and dove in head first! I started designing patterns to share and sell in 2011 and have been going ever since!
In 2020 I got divorced and moved back home. I’ve since shifted my focus to developing my coaching business. I have received multiple certifications in EFT, NeuroFit, Yoga for children and youth, somatic processing, am finishing my Heart Centered Life Coaching certification (spring 2024) am a certified MAP practitioner, and have gone on a self-led journey of gaining a deeper understanding of psychology, abuse, and trauma. I now help support men and women through their journey of processing their relationship wounding – empowering them to calm their nervous systems and take their lives and their identities back.
While I focus on coaching, quilting is still a passion of my heart, and my creative outlet and the perfect activity to do while I listen to my favorite podcasts and audiobooks.
