Have you ever heard of a heart attack? It’s where you cut out a bunch of paper hearts, write notes on them if you want, and then tape them all over someone’s door or bedroom. It’s a fun way to surprise someone with a heart attack of love!
This is a foundation paper pieced pattern for 21 different heart blocks! All hearts measure 6 inches square, and most can be combined to make endless heart combinations for even more variety.
