Meet Zodiac BOM:
The Zodiac BOM was my first, and so far only, block of the month pattern. I designed it in 2016. And we did a Quilt Along of sorts… I can’t even remember.
I do remember that I got really sick towards the beginning of that year and suddenly had a ton of food intolerances and couldn’t eat anything for like 3 months+. There are still certain foods I can’t eat. (And with all of that came a ton of panic attacks and other things… It was a very memorable year. and unfortunately not always for the best of reasons.)
I remember sharing that experience with y’all, and there were toooooo many people that were going through similar things, and it was heartbreaking to realize what a struggle food is for so many people in this really difficult way. I do hope that things are better and easier for everyone!
Anyway… back to quilting. π
I do love the Zodiac BOM! It was so much fun to put together and create!
I always wanted to Sandi Henderson quilt, so all of the fabrics I used are by Sandi Henderson. It took me a while to collect a good range of her fabrics, but I do love them!! (And I do have some bundles in my destash section HERE if you’d like to grab some!)
I think the best part was watching y’all put your blocks together! The variety in looks and designs really is so drastic!! It’s amazing!!

Full Zodiac Quilts!
Let’s jump right in!! We’ll start with full Zodiac BOM quilts (or projects using multiple blocks) and then we’ll break it down and show each of the blocks individually.
Isn’t it amazing how completely different each of these quilts are?!
Now I’ll share individual blocks, so you can really get a feel for each one. I’ll include the dates of the Zodiac sign too, for fun.
I also added some mock-up images of some of the blocks too. There are so many possibilities… and so many more quilts I want to make!
